Majority of threads in "Websites fr sale" forum prefexed with "Developed Website"?

Is this a new rule. I don't see the point why a great majority of the thread titles in that forum have this useless phrase in their beginning.

How is this a useless phrase |Developed Website| , I don't believe it hurts the section at all.. But makes it look better

Keeping things organized is the key to any forums success... You should be taking a lesson.

I guess you guys know better... it's that it makes all the threads look similar and makes it harder to separate the gems from the turnkeys.
