I have been with a few hosting companys over the past few years but overall I would have to rate http://www.meccahosting.com as my number one host. They are the best customer support on the web! Do you guys know that vBulletin software that they charge you $125 to set up? Mecca Hosting did it for FREE! They let you change the hosting on domain names everyday if you want! They have a 99% uptime guaruntee and one time my site went down for 2 minutes I think it was? They gave me 2 weeks of no payment. I saw that if you had more visitors and used more bandwidth then your package permitted you were charged extra, I asked them about this and they replied... "We only enforce this if it is exceeded by a large number" They are extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them ...forever.

Anyone else use these people?

They have a 99% uptime guaruntee ...

Nice to hear that you have found a host that you like, but just so you know that 99% uptime is actually NOT up to par AT ALL. Most decent hosts guarantee at least 99.5%, and many people wouldn't even go for anything less than 99.7%.

Now, THAT is much better. The truth is when I am hosting a website for my client, I guarantee pro-rata credit for any extended downtime of 24 hours or more. :shocked:
