I'd estimate the likely best-case retail price to be high $xxx to lower $x,xxx. Probably under $2.5k.
Remember, you've got to compete with 2 similar domains in .ORG alone -- 9 domains when you consider .COM, .NET, and .ORG.
And an end user might be faced with buying more than one of them. So the budget will be lower for yours if they're dividing it between multiple domains. And your domain would need to compete price-wise with the others if the end user intends to buy only one. Either way, the price is pushed down.
Wholesale it would be $xx to $1xx, assuming it can sell.
