You respond to every negative appraisal of one of your names. Just take it like a man. If you don't agree with an appraisal that's fine. You want reasons? they are obvious reasons of course:
1. no typeins
2. no linkpopularity
3. "brandable" type name
4. thousands of other similar names available for registration
5. nothing rare about the name.
6. awkward look to the name with the two "letter E's" in a row
