Member Adverted not replying PMs after domain sale agreed

I have CDz.com for sale and dn member, Adverted sent me an offer and I agreed to sell the domain at his offer price.

I have contacted him to proceed with the domain sale and no replies for about 6 to 7 days now.

I sent an email to him and no replies either.

I think the member, Adverted , dn member, Adverted is not reliable.

Any experience in dealing with him?

Yes, one of my first sales here was to him - he paid quickly and replied within a few hours.

From what I remember, he is a highly qualified Seo expert, who has worked for large companies (Google, Dell etc.) and has been mentioned in Forbes magazine.

However, this contact with him was around two years ago, so I can comment on his recent (lack of) activity here.

In March, he sent us an E-mail regarding a LLL.com that we own. It was from an Adverted E-mail address so I assume it was he.
I also assume he might have an interest in LLL.com.
