I was just thinking it was a really solid price for a two word dot org, but I really don't follow the extension that closely.

Many .edu links and if I had the cash and the accountant would have let me I would have gone upto 15k

for this keyword i would think the .org might even be more valuable than the .com.

The owner of .net wants 100k$ and it has no links and traffic.
The .com is no,1 for mental health with a really sucky site

I agree the .org is the more valuable of the Tld group

Heh, looks like they copied the .gov site look and feel. But they added a "this is not a government site" at the bottom.
