The unfortunate thing for Tew is that this could easily turn into a class action as it also affected the rest of the advertisers and word spreads quickly. Can you imagine forking out $38,000 and sitting in front of your computer day and night for at least five days waiting for your ad to appear when the traffic was at a peak. It kinda shows that Tew got a bit greedy. He mentioned in a previous article that the servers are located in the US so he may have to address any lawsuits there.
 
I can't work out why all the 'Reserved' blocks aren't yet filled by their 'owners' -- they're missing all the traffic. Also, at bottom right, there's a reserved space that mouseovers as "Pending order". Are we to assume that this has been paid for? Other black sections say "Reserved and paid".

Thanks for the link. However, there's been quite a few charity pixel sites for months already. This is quite a unique one, though...
