As with many other domains that come up for appraisal any value is in the thought or idea that lead to you registering the domain. In this instance all I can think about is sites targeted at Ex-Pats who may be looking for news/forum etc connected to their home country and such sites could be set up on any number of domains which someone could easily go out and hand reg and not need to pay a premium for a pre-registered domain.
