The name itself, even with extension is pretty good.
sure, not an ideal extension, but a premium name with a somewhat marketeable extension.
I like it.

i'm afraid , you'll make a free gift to the same name with .biz extention
i mean , people will type domain.biz instead of .bz imho

but on the other hand, there is the distinct possibility that people will make the smae error in reverse (type mobilephone.bz instead of the not yet all that familiar .biz), hence the name may be of some interest to the .biz owner. Otherwise it's just a nice keyword for searches.
