I agree it's a great one.. but I dont think it's be worth that much (the 10k & 5k appraisals), well at least not right now.. Maybe in a few years biz (and info) will pick up and maybe even a lot of non domainers will get to know the extension which would probably bring up its value a lot.

until and unless .biz finds acceptance its not going to be overly valuable. personally, i'd expect it to be more valuable for models as in reproductions (die cast etc) compared to models as in people in the .biz tld.
