moniker Moniker down? Cannot login

Greetings,

I cannot login to my Moniker account (home page loads but cannot enter customer's area), don't know if it's down or if it's just me.

It seems the IP I was using was blocked, with the new login system sometimes I can only login after trying 3 or 4 times...

still can't even with captcha etc
and answering all questions

interface and site is f*cked

I think something changed after their scheduled maintenance a few days ago.
Since then I usally cannot successfully login at first, need to try again 2 or 3 times.
Moniker and Snapnames also started automatically logging out after a short time... I would like to control that.

To All- My apologies. Are these issues still occurring - Unable to login, at first or after several tries, interface issues, password retrieval not working ? , or website automatically logging you out after a few minutes? did you contact our support by phone of open a ticket?
we did have some scheduled maintenance recently that was posted on the site but
I have not heard of these issues occurring as a result until now

Please contact me directly at [email protected] and also copy [email protected] please be as specific as possible so we can resolve this and any other issues immediately.

Hello John,

Yes, the login problems still happen, but less serious and not always.
I did sent emails to the support team and representatives.

The first was:

"
When I try to login to any of my Moniker accounts I get this error:

Error

Error. Please contact moniker. null null
"

and the second was:

"
It seems my IP had been blocked.
After your login system was updated I can never login at 1st, always have to insist 2 or 3 times...
"

I'm emailing you with more details.

logging in etc

take note everybody, this is what happens when a once great company is taken over by a bunch of charlatans that at the time happen to have a large pile of cash
always ask yourself 'how' they got it

secondly who then go on to get rid of all the best staff!

then ask themselves why they are left with a huge steaming pile of shit

I would have transferred all my domains out years back tbh to gd but don't have that sum floating around my bank account

In the meantime try clearing your cache. Your browser may be holding onto temporary files and saving old settings from before the
scheduled maintenance.

John contacted Moniker's team with more details and after resetting passwords (plus cleaning my cache) all is well now.

now I am unable to pay!
or should I say moniker's system is crocked
it will not allow me to pay via paypal when reaching end after items added to cart
check the paypal box and press continue or click paypal button
so I try funding account, same thing
getting beyond a joke

these are renewalsthat are far gone or would just straight transfer out of this sinking shipad
advice people

I escalated this to out 2nd level support team this AM to be resolved ASAP.

submitted new ticket on old one via email about 8 hours ago
heard zero back
what sort of 2 bit operation can allow users not to be able to pay or renew or register new domains via paypal, and guesisng cc options too
check box and continue and just stays same, returns to original even when trying to add funds
farcical and has happened multiple times before

has NEVER happened at godaddy

Just renewed some with AMEX. 2 domains failed of the group, both .org. John, Sent you an email with the order numbers.

Also, I tried to submit a support question, but that appears to be broken as well.

yes, the 'ticket' I submitted was actually a response to an old ticket from my email account
everything is screwed over at moniker

I have heard nothing back in 24 hours, and this thread hasn't been responded too since rep noticed
note they didn't even know until we highlighted each time. that's how utterly useless these cretins are

like I say you gotta laugh when a company sacks all the great people, like Monte and Bari and keeps the cretins
you reap what you sow

just wish i didn't have such a large portion of domains there, once/if they get fixed I have to transfer more swathes away, i simply do not trust them

not one blogger has picked up on this
