Moniker.com, was in the direct path of Hurricane Wilma. Moniker's off-site automated systems are operating normally, although some operations are not operating correctly due to a storm-unrelated database problem which is being fixed. Support may be slow, as Moniker's employees in Florida are without power and transportation. Monte has relocated to another part of Florida and is responding to inquiries via dial-up. If there are any truly urgent issues, I can contact Monte via cell phone.

I hope Monte moved my domain names to high ground.

Good luck, Monte.

Hope everyone is OK.

And, hope Moniker bounces back soon.

Wow!
Just got a reply today from Monte regading a lowball offer I had made for a DN
Amazing that he even had time to reply to me
It was not an automated reply and I didn't even tell him that I was a moniker customer.
Well done Monte and moniker

I have 99% of my domains at Moniker.

I just got a tech support matter emailed to me too. It took two days, but that's really not bad considering the horrible conditions post hurricane. Even under difficult circumstances, Moniker still comes through. This says alot about a quality company!!

And the CEO Monte will get back to you even faster than tech support, usually within a few hours. That is almost unheard of.

This is why I have started the process of moving my portfolio (small) to moniker.

I second that. I also live close to Moniker and just mailed in a check to add funds to my account. Do you know how they are processing these? Are they shipping the money to their alternative location and processing them there?

Jdk - funds were added to your account today!

we are all back on our feet at the office....although half my staff are still without power and all of us have damage to our houses and cars. I have been taking cold showers for a week! Guess having another kid is out of the question........ha

Glad to hear things are improving, Monte. Our prayers from the west coast.

-Jothan

same here... i'll be moving all my portfolio there shortly

monte -- best wishes for a speedy recovery in all aspects after those hurricanes

Nothing like an "Act Of God" to put a registrar to the test. And Moniker has
passed with flying colors. :-)

What happened to Moniker and Directnic must be destiny or something. :-D

Thanks Monte. I will get back to you regarding the other PM too.
