I have been working hard on Mortgage.info giving it a new look and new layout. The site is a news website about Mortgage, Refinance, Debt and more. Looking for appraisals.

$8-10K for investor; $15K+ for end user.

I would say hire some developers from Elance/Odesk and take the website to a new level. For few thousand $, you will have an authority website minting money.

I would definitely say it's worth mid $xx,xxx. I personally wouldn't buy it for that much but I'm sure there is an end-user out there that would. Good luck.

I have seen this kind of names sell for $10,000 to $50,000
(I would guess closer to the higher end for this specific domain)
Few of them however are eventually being developed and used, if it matters at all.
