MortgageLenders.net seems to be at auction on SnapNames. Probably a mortgage company who has no idea what they own….

Whoever gets it – good luck.......

Don't think it was a drop:

Probably a private sellers auction.

Thanks for the info - still probably a bankrupt mortgage company :-)

Yep, it's being offered from Domain Capital. No Reserve either.... Starting at $59. Interesting! I like the non plural better, but this would work for a Network of (broke) lenders.

I would prefer the .com version.

Not sure I can ever get that one.

It is a very common phrase...

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q="mortgage+lenders"&btnG=Search

but $5k for a two-word .net seems like a lot for a domain investor. What do they think they can sell it for a few years from now? And a two-word .net won't get a whole lot of type-in traffic in the meantime.
Who said it was a domainer and who says you need type-ins to make it profitable?

How much would the .com be worth?

I would estimate at 50k-75k

Any opinions?
