Duncan, I suggest you spend some time reading threads in the legal forum here. This is a worthless domain, simply because Fox has a strong chance of taking it at any time through the legal process.

Don't waste your money on trademark violations - instead try developing original ideas. You'll sleep better :-D

Thought of that, and assured myself I would hand it over if requested at any point or time, of course I could make a site about "Fevers and Pitches" ^_^

As long as it's not the .com, if you make a fansite on it they usually won't go after you. Definately never send them an email offering to sell it. In fact don't try to sell it period. If they find out they can take it just like that, (and they can anyway). Just operate as a fansite and chances are they won't bother you because you aren't a .com.

I'd remove that name from your sig for sure. I've received C&D letters on this very issue. Trying to sell will only make they strike down harder on you.

(I'd also cancel your post in the for sale forum...) Trying to sell a trademarked movie domain will just get you burned very badly. Bad move.

Great advice. Definately don't actively market the sale of the domain, however you should be able to "get by with it" if you were to develop it into a fansite/portal.
