closed MrTeens.com - thoughts?

Just got an offer for a domain that I planned to develop but I dont have time for right now.

The domain is MrTeens.com and is perfect for a TGP. Could be a paid site as well because it's memorable and has a reality feel to it (a guy who's after teens lol).

So what's your thoughts about an asking price... my hunch is mid XXX.

These days TGP sites are having a low value, because many people dont risk on them as everything is based on sales of affliate programs.
So i will advice you if you get between 200-600 Sell it.
