I would say they have changed tremendously.
That domain name with that tld....endless possibilities.

It's a great name to have Rob and as Seeker said perceptions have improved and IMO will only improve with time. I wouldn't take what people are going to pay for it today, but no rush with that one.

The big boys like CNN still haven't activated their CNN.biz etc. Still pretty much a defensive reg right now. Wait for the really big media giants to start expanding out with that URL. Meantime, just let the SMEs do their own thing promoting the URL.

It's always good to develop the site though with such a good name. Help the .BIZ cause :-D

I have no intentions of selling unless I get a seriously tempting offer, it’s not like renewal fees are excessive - I can afford to wait. As for developing the name, I have certainly considered this but it is not something I want to rush into. If I develop this one I want to do it right.
