Yikes sorry to hear about this. So many times I have heard this story about free email accounts instead of POP3's for a domain. I hope you get it all straightened out.

Stop using your computer immediately! The only way they'd get access to all these accounts is via a trojan horse.

I am on the phone now asking what the hell is going on at godaddy, perhaps if others phone as well GD might put a hold on all AShaws domains!

This is where we should help a fellow member immediately

...............................................................
Andrew,

Just spoken to GoDaddy:

1) contact their Dispute Department immediately with a list of domains and explain what has happened!

2) On the GoDaddy Homepage go to 'Forgot password' and click it
- go to bottom choice 'change account'
- print this form out
- fax this form along with photo id to the address given

This should immediately be handled by both departments and should stop any further movement of your domains. I have been told that bothe departments will then get immediately in touch with you.

DO THIS NOW!

Let us know if you are having any further problems.

Fingers crossed mate,

Bill

Thanks for your help guys...

Domainsite domain names are secured.
Email has been sent to both Moniker and godaddy
Paypal account temp frozen
Bank notified.
Is there anything else that anyone can think of?

Godaddy has given me an email address to contact... They say it will take 24 + hours for a response. I talked to a supervisor, and he explained to me that domain names cant be pushed out of an account for 60 days... Which if I remember correctly.. Cant they be pushed from account to account?

They can be pushed from account to account but they will stay at godaddy. GD will be able to track them down and put them back into your account once you prove that they are yours.

I want to say there is no hold when pushing from account to account, but I may be wrong. I have never tried it.

Thats correct, only enom does that. I have received domain names into my GD account and pushed them into another account right afterwards.

Do not use email to contact them - Call them immediately!

Good luck!

I contacted GoDaddy, and requested they take a look and put on a hold if it looks like these have recently been pushed around.

They are pretty good at doing that sort of thing.

Ive stopped using the computer that I was origionally using.

Johnn... I've origionally called all of them, but 2 of the three have told me to email there support....

I called "DON HAMILTON"
The number is a california number...

His "claims"

He knows nothing about it, he has a website... he couldnt remember the name of it... He was contacted by domainsite this morning. Its his correct address, but not his email address.

If it means anything to anyone... Domainsite has BY FAR been the most helpful. They INSTANTLY gained access to the domain names, froze them, changed my account password and email address within a matter of 15 minutes.

Godaddy has told me to wait 24 hours, while they review my EMAIL to a seccond party "undo" service.

Moniker's support tech has told me to email them, they have yet to get back with me.... Calling them back now.

Namecheap... I cant even find a contact number for them.
