I recently put a request for a domain I own to be appraised in Dnforum.com. The domain in question is wazoopoker.com. However, I didn't get any replies. I had around 11 viewings.

Does this mean that the domain cannot be appraised?

Thanks
Delaboy

You mean you posted a thread about it?

Doesn't mean it can't be appraised. usually when a domain doesn't have any replies, its because the people viewing it may think its worthless, hence no reason to reply.

sorry, wazoopoker.com is quite a poor domain name...probably worth $2-$4

I agree with GT. I don't see much value.

With regards to DNForum appraisals, it's hit and miss.

Some days you will get alot of feedback and some days you won't get any.

That doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with the domain.

There are lots and lots of poker site sales. I've posted them too many times to do so again. Search the peer appraisal threads for "poker" or check using the site in my sig.

Cheers,
BidNo

P.S. Just realized this thread was in the Beginner's thread. As DomainJedi noted, volume of feedback will vary from day to day. If there's no response it's usually for one of the following reasons:

1) It's an obvious trademark issue
2) It has no value
3) Nobody responded

You have to figure out which applies. Put aside any emotional attachment and follow my suggestion above to get an idea on value by looking at other poker sales.

$7 - $10 .. Good luck

Don't feel bad, the appraisal section is flooded with a lot of new registrations and not very creative names. Posts can get pushed down pretty quickly.
From a large portfolio of domains, I've put 4 up for appraisal discussion here. Only 1 resulted in any discussion. I won't be putting any more up until the process gets tweaked to reduce the number of new threads.

Thanks for all the input. Very much appreciated.
