Hello, First off I would like to thank you for all your great comments. What a great discussion 
Now i would like to comment individually on some of them : )
I dont think that is the case here, becasue both me, and my site is so small, that I would not be able to luanch a lawsuit or bring any legal action to this. Just wanted thoughts of what to do, or think.
But the images were taken from me and i KNOW it. I did a crap editing job and so thats how I can tell.
BTW, they werent my images to begin with : ( So I dont own them, I just dont think it is right
I know there are many people selling something similar to me, or appear to be. But he has taken some text directly from me, text i wrote. He also copied my adwords ad, which I wrote. And although I dont htink this is a legal problem, he copied my affiliate program structure :-D
In my opinion, those are the same people who say "Oh I didnt know ___ was illegal when someone of authority is questioning them.
If you really want, I can forward you some happy custoemres emails. I never ask for testimonials, but occassionally I get the dd customer who thinks I should post them on my website and offers to write one !

The text is obviously ripped off! Any spelling proffesional can see that!
Say you take it to court and he rewords it, then you have no

Just a friendly suggestion- be very clear about what you post, and your arguments and points will carry a lot more weight than if we have no clue what you are trying to say!

My Advice:
Ask Robert Kiyosaki of "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" how he felt about the companies that ripped off his velcro wallets... then ask him what he did about it. He'll tell you it was his mistake not to patent his wallets, one he'll never make again. If what you did doesn't have any registered protections, you may be out of luck in the long run.
In the vast ocean of competition, your only buoy may be your integrity, and developing the power of a brand. Competition is inevitable, and they will clone you like there's no tomorrow (the most sincere form of flattery). This happens in our everyday lives all the time. You can either rise above it or get swept out with the tide.
You should do well. Keep reinvesting and building off any success though. Grab those testimonials. It seems like you've already let at least one person catch up. There'll be more.
