Very brandable name - I used to have myfreerewards.com but i let it go... honestly I'm not too keen on "myfree" names but ya never know..

Domain re-selling and development are entirely two different things. When one is asking for domain-name valuation for the most part he/she is interested in finding out what experienced folks think of the domain's valuation "as such".
Another criteria for re-sale value could be:
If the name is dropped today would it be "snapped up" by an experienced speculator. If the answer is in yes then most likely the name has a re-sale value; probably many times higher than the reg. fee especially if the target buyer is an end-user.
