If you go to www.Ps2list.com , you will see that it is still being linked from there. It used to be a re-director to that current site. The domain has received apprx. 500 visits since August 27,2004.

This domain can be easily brandable for a PS2 community. I belive good affiliate/ad revenue can be made from this domain. So if this domain does not sale, I will develop it in a couple of months.

I am guessing they are type ins. I have not followed the traffic for this domain very closely as I am bombarded by work right now. As for PR, I would expect it to be 0 as there was no website on that domain, it was a redirector.

I dont think youll have a problem with this as the domain had been used since 2001 with apperantly no legal issues.

Well I just got an offer for $1600 if I can develop the site for them. No members, no advertising, just develop a nice portal on it. Unfortunalty, as much as I would love to take that offer, I cant. I have a full time job, I am a part time student, Im getting my real estate license, and I am a father and husband. So the little free time I get, I like to spend it with my son and wife. I dont want bite more than I can chew right now.

I will sell the domain name only for right now. There will be no website included. I will throw in the undeveloped Mambo installation and theme I purchased with the domain. But it is undeveloped.

I actually thought about that, but by the time I proposed the deal to the client, they had allready purchased an Xbox site that was developed.
