Reason for Selling? I want to get out of doing web stuff, it’s taking up too much of my time with all my websites. There are about 400 more themes that I haven’t added to the theme site. These sites would be perfect for someone to pick up who has ypn, I was kicked out of the ypn program for an image on one of my other sites. Domains are at enom for a free push and are on an unmetered 20mbit server at $250 a month with a bunch of other sites. The sites made more in March then in April but I am going by the April ypn stats. Payment is through escrow.com and buyer pays all fees. No half now half later or payment plan deals I expect the payment in full 100%, this can be discussed later.

Proof of revenue and awstats will only be given to those who show proof of capital for buying these sites. NO EXCEPTIONS, I don’t want any tire kickers.

just for more clarification
Yes "they" as in all my sites, these are just 4 of sites that I own, I have a huge network of sites that take up all of my time that are spread accross 15 servers. But I listed these for sale first which take little of my time. I usually go to bed at around 6am est cause ypn switches over at 3am est cause they are pst and then around 4:30-5am the previous days stats show up and then I spend the next hour or so trying to increase traffic and seeing what site I need to focus on for the coming day before everyone else gets up. The gf goes to bed at regular times and I go to bed when she gets up for work. I'll get up when she gets home from work, I spend time checking my websites making sure they are up, checking stats, tweaking thnings here and there. I put my heart and soul into these sites for 7-8 months since I left my real job to do this full time and I made out like a bandit. She puts up with alot from me and for the past 6 months I've been devoting time to this and now its time for me to take a break and focus on her for a change.
