Anyone ever transfer the ownership of a domain at NameScout.com?. I can't seem to locate any information on their web site about doing that. If you simply change the contact information, does that legally change the owner?.

If you can change " Registrant", not just "admin, tech, and billing", and if you can set a new password for the domain, or push it, than yes, you are set.

Great!. Thanks doberry.
