>Obviously it depends who has a need for them. : DavidH

Right.

>I think there are to many competitors, prices are to high, :(
: stuff

Yeah, I think so.

stuff,

I snapped Kinko.com before expired, but now NW bid price has been upped over US$500 already.

"Goei" is "Body guard" in Japanese. Even somebody names in other country.
"Kinko" is "Cashbox" in Japanese. I do not know other meaning in other country.
There are not important word for me.
No one Japanese buy 30,000 yen (US$250) such kind domains.

But after these kind of domains I registered, no one offer me.
I got over 5 domains with snap in this month. (NW bid price US$150 to US$450 range)

It is actually interesting. :)

Who bidded ?
I think bidder is not a general person.

BuyDomains.com ?
NameAdminInc.com ?

I can say only to them, GOOD LUCK with your sale.

Yes this are two high bidders in namewinner, and ultsearch also, but they register domain with traffic,
But Toho bad thing is that buydomains really sell this names for min $688 + and they have very much money, so it really pays off to register so many :(

Yeah, stuff,

Exactly.

I did mail to them several times.
Their asking price is too high.

If I am able to sell 3% of the domain that possess it in 1 year I do not go bankrupt. How much I sell it is a point.
Lowering the price , increase rate.
Lowering rate , raise the price.
However, there are not many over US$1,000 of trade.
Even do not sell under US$300. Because waste the time.
It does not consist of at all if it does not change traffic into money.

I do not know their average cost per domain.
Even I do not know their average selling price.
Sometimes I receive sales mail from them. But it looks they have not sold 2% of possession in 1 year.
Although I do not know for details..

There are many stocks and the risk is high.

If I do it with the job I do not choose it. ;)

It is the game.

Humm...

I snapped some domains before expired. Recently, they smashed my snaps and NW highest position + DropWizard.

VideoJockey.com
OfficeLady.com

One day, I will try to hear the price.
I think they will answer US$3,500 to US$10,000.

They taken so many our snapped domains.
But it is game, no way. :)

Hi Toho,
This might explain why Kinko is so high. It is a quick printing, internet access, and business office services company:

www.Kinkos.com

It is a very large franchise company over here.

Hi, think.

Indeed.

In Japan also have this business office services franchise.
http://www.kinkos.co.jp

I think this franchise is not Kinko but Kinkos.
Kinko.com owner is Kinko's Ventures, Inc, same owner of Kinkos.com
But they still did not renew yet.
May be they forgot it.

Thank you for your information.

Someone is going to be in big trouble for missing that renewal.

"Kinko" is the nickname of one Paul Orfeala, the founder of...

...you guessed it, Kinkos.

He has tight curly hair, hence the nic.
