Nasir? the arabic Name?
If so, well I think it is hard to sell, you'll have to find a guy called Nasir to buy it...

IF you can find some Very Rich enduser named NASIR who is upto the eyeballs with ego and vanity and always gets what he wants money no object......upto $xxx,xxx imho....
... Another option is to develop it into some sort of a Help/Support site (NASIR is a male Arabic given name that means helper, other known meanings include Success and Victory....) This would defo up the value to at least mid $xxx - low $xxxx IMHO
