IF you can find some Very Rich enduser named NASIR who is upto the eyeballs with ego and vanity and always gets what he wants money no object......upto $xxx,xxx imho....
... Another option is to develop it into some sort of a Help/Support site (NASIR is a male Arabic given name that means helper, other known meanings include Success and Victory....) This would defo up the value to at least mid $xxx - low $xxxx IMHO
