3 letter .com, no crappy letters. After I bought the domain I hired a writer and put up a simple site. Been making around $40 per day through adsense. Please note that this is without any work at all.

The domain used to be the official site of a major US based brokerage firm and has been registered since 94.

Pagerank 5. Position 1 for a highly competitive search term in google and good ranking for some other terms. The domain seems to be considered an authority site by google, the site ranked top 3 for a year or so even though it was parked without any content. As soon as I put up some content it went to position 1. All content is included with the sale.

Great for a financial portal. It should be very easy to sell advertising space to brokerage firms. I would be happy to see the domain being developed into a large financial site but the buyer is of course free to do whatever he/she desire.

Why would I sell this site? I really hate to sell it but I must, I need the money for my offline company. It's bad business to sell a site like this but sometimes you just have to bite the bad apple in order to survive.

Buying this site is an investment, I won't let it go for peanuts. If you are serious and actually have money please feel free to pm me. I don't know how much I'm looking for or if I'm going to sell but I might if I get the right offer.

Care to shed some light about how you acquired the domain?

I am surprised it took so long for someone to ask about how this domain was acquired. It was a pretty big name back in the Internet boom and I'd love to hear how it got here.
