This is not the .com but the newest and unproven extension which doesn't hold any value of the .com. This is not a generic keyword and doesn't hold any commercial value. I don't see any value for this domain.

Just because Perfectionist.com is listed for sale for $60k, doesn't mean it's worth $60k.

Oh and GoDaddy appraisals are based on a scripted "template", so they are totally unreliable (like most paid appraisals).

Perfectionist.asia is at the moment worth $0 or less (meaning you will most likely have to pay someone to take the name). Sorry.
