Wanted: Service Need Designer to create site for me

I need someone to create a site for me.

the domain will be www.guitarheroforums.com i also own the plural of that too.

i would like a home page/portal type main page, a custom forum and maybe one or two other pages. i would like the forum to allow video/pic uploads so users can show off their skills. I would like a custom forum and main page logo.

maybe something similar to http://www.guitarherogamespot.com but no black background and a little more flair.
