I have a client that needs a fake bad business review removed from the top of the Google review page. The problem is, Google shows reviews from third party websites, and even though I have had the fake review removed from the third-party site, the link to it remains on Google Review page.

Many, many businesses are having this same problem.

Here's what I'm talking about (not my client, but a similar situation).. Look at the top review from third party websites: http://www.google.com/maps/place?ci...=us&hq=laser+hair+removal&hnear=Rochester,+NY

Has anyone had experience with this, and if so, do you know of a direct contact at Google who can remove the third-party link?

Thanks in advance.
