Yeah...I called you a little prick...this is the first time I've been scammed here and I am pretty pissed-off. You are a con-artist; I want my money back and I want you punished. I make no apologies for that.

This is called click fraud. You can't pay people to click on the ads. I don't want to judge you but this is immoral.

I'm not paying anyone to click .. There is banner ads out there and text links and pixel links and everything for that domain hence people interested in poker WILL indeed visit the domain... That's WHY it says PERFECT FOR CPA..

I Didn't advertise the site as a PERFECT CPC DOMAIN FOR SALE..

Please provide the screenshots ... It's been requested you show these stats to see if it was indeed only 77 Uniques

Uh that's not my IP nor anything related to me..

That's actually screwed up..

Even if I hated you I still wouldnt be so stupid as to do that thanks

When will people learn when someone is selling a domain for an outrageously low price (like 3 weeks worth of earnings) they should be slightly skeptical?

I'll happily send them to your lawyer Monday morning. I don't intend to try this issue on a message board. I've posted my persepective. You've posted yours. I'm done in this forum for now.

Good to hear.. Now you've not only tried to commit fraud, but you've also made threats, threats of harm, Libel and Defamation when All I tried to do was sell a CPA domain that would be perfect for an affiliate site with the amount of poker interested people clicking links and you didnt even bother asking me about any of this so I assumed you knew what A CPA is since I mean your buddies at Fabulous recommended it be a CPA site and all to start with and you threaten me all day.. Try to do chargebacks to the domain when I am sleeping even though you already had it in your posession etc...

Anyone else who asked was told exactly where the traffic was from.. Banners and text links and such and so was Chris even...

All I can say is post the screenshot that shows only 77 Uniques unedited for today (3rd request) and you were told all day to go ahead and send the documents long before you continously threatened me all day.. (which I have hard copied for the record)....

I also advised against the slander / libel but you've done it anyways..

I tried to sell it for CPA usage which was what I was going to do with it had I kept it but I needed funds for an offline venture

You never asked one question about the domain.. You paid for it and 5 minutes later when I noticed the payment I transfered the domain.. only to wake up and find you had tried a chargeback on paypal and still had the domain in your name..

As far as I am concerned due to your threats and activities I suggest you deal with your lawyers and I will mine since I have nothing further to say and refrained from posting your comments all day until you did the post forcing me to post the truth about your doings.

Show the stats please..

I've done everything in my power to help you continue it's earnings.. from suggesting an ideal CPA partner.. to Finding you a suitable CPC partner who was willing to take the domain name knowing it's history etc.. and was met with nothing but ignorance.. Why would anyone in the right mind even be talking to you after your PM's all day and after you trying to jack the domain and the money I have no idea..

Um as well why did you post this on a message board to start with when I had already given you info on how to contact our legal dept.

come on lets use alittle common sense people.

Who really sells a domain making $1100 a week for $3500?

A $50k plus a year domain for $3500?

LOL, I do feel sorry for the guy that bought the domain, and hope he does sue the crap out of the guy selling it.

Although he just posted it had traffic and never stated where the traffic came from.

Who really sells it? Me.. The earnings were real. Had I kept it and developed it myself and kept adding more and more banners I could probably have made alot more than 50 K with it.. The domain would have been best suited as a CPA which is what it was advertised as... Anyone with common sense would know that the domain would indeed make serious money based on stats if it were CPA

Anyone can take a domain and get alot of text links out there and make money if they have a bit to spend on advertising with text links , banners, and pixel ads etc.. since only people really interested in poker are going to click them.. I have a few other domains I am developing as CPA myself so letting one go was not an issue..

Had the person enquired about it like the other interested parties all did I would have been truthful and honest like I was with the other parties .. I'm sure others who asked me can verify that I provided them with the info where the traffic was coming from and that is wasn't allowed by fabulous..

The thing is someone pays for a domain listed for sale as a Perfect CPA, not CPC and then tried to use it for CPC.. got mad when he learned after fact he couldn't .. Tried to highjack the domain and the money before even contacting me and then threatened me all bloody day with obscenities, arrogance, and what sounded like bodily harm even.. lawsuits and blah blah blah and I did everything in my power to explain the best way to make money with the domain and not once did he even contact any of the people I suggested he contact...

Instead he made threats and accusations when you clearly read in the first post

"PERFECT DOMAIN FOR A CPA SITE"

How suprised would any of you be to wake up in the morning to learn someone who you transfered a domain to was trying to get both the domain and the money and that was only the beginning of the crap he was throwing at me.. Put yourselves in my shoes.. My intentions were to let the domain go to someone who could make money with it and anyone knows that CPA pays better with traffic than CPC.. or at least it always has on my end.. So therfor because he willingly bought the domain without asking questions and then does the exact opposite of what the post says.. and then tries to highjack the domain and the money this is My fault?.. And that's before all his threats started after paypal asked him to go away?..

Wow.. What would you do?
Anyhows I also just submitted the email forwarded to AMEX, Paypal, Our Legal Dept etc to The Attorney General's Office in response to his actions..

I'm off.. Good night.

Tried to help the guy out and he damn near stole the money and the domain but thankfully Paypal interveened

Personally I would offer a full refund in exchange for the name back.

Clearly an underhanded move ... it was stated in the title that the domain generated $1100 last week while not disclosing the fact that it was banned from the very source that it earned the money from.

Poor business practice. You should be offering a refund to this buyer (in exchange for the name back of course).

Just my opinion and how I would handle it.

Ethics and your reputation are at stake. Money comes and goes my friend, you should do the right thing.

All the best in your situations.

My reputation is at stake?... Take a look again at what he's tried to do.. Make off with both the domain name and the money.. and was caught..

Also as stated it was a CPA sale.. with steady traffic.. the person is bullshitting you all hense why he wont post a screenshot to show he only got 77 Uniques and how do I know?.. I have stats that show 378 uniques from Sedo on the day he aquired it.. I dont think the domain is going to drop from 378 to 77 in one day. Also take note on his PM's and what kind of person I am dealing with here.. NOTE also there is a person right here as mentioned who was informed of all this and offered to park the domain for 4 dollars per click to replace Fabulous should he be determined to go CPC.. who I found for the guy after he tried to steal the domain and the money. 4.00 per click is pretty nears Fabulous at 5.70 per click.. And remember the domain WAS advertised as a CPA domain.. not CPC to start with.. So who's reputation should be at stake.. ?? I requested 3 times for proof and he has yet to show any..

This is rediculous.

If someone tried to highjack the domain and the funds in a sale you were doing how happy would you be and that's before the guy is threatening you. Likely the same thing as me.. Hand it over to the legal dept.. which in this case I have been advised to do nothing more until he sends some kind of litigation papers which the legal dept on our end has already collected everything including everything he sent , everything he said, every action he tried to prove he was trying to highjack the domain and the money which he indeed did attempt...

The FIRST POST in this sales thread states this domain is perfect for CPA.

Had he asked full info would have been given to him prior to the sale about traffic

He's already been proven to have attempted to commit fraudulant activities. He is also lying about traffic stats ..

Who's the crook here?

I haven't even posted a small bit of everything he said.. only enough necessary to protect myself from further slander.. I'm prone to let the lawyers handle this one .. I don't think a great many of you would take kindly to someone buying a domain from you and then attempting to steal both the money and the domain. Especially without even talking to you first.

What's that show for character?

If your reputation is at stake, return the funds and keep the domain. That's what he asked for. I've seen this scenario several times.

the buyer has been a reputable member here since 2002 - he was not trying to hijack your name ... he was trying to get his money back. It's obvious he doesn't even want the name and I'm sure would be more than willing to send it back to you.

What I find interesting is your great need for cash $3500 for a domain that made $1100 a week. Why did no one question this before making offers?

What matters is that he DID attempt to take the domain and the money.. And I have proof of it via what paypal informed me of as well as AMEX..

Regardless .. Side with whoever you wish.. I simply advertised the domain based on true earnings and traffic stats and I advertised the domain for sale as a CPA NOT CPC or PPC... I Would have happily provided more has he asked.. Transfered the domain within 5 minutes after payment .. Only to awake to paypal asking me why he had the goods and was trying to get his money back. You are stating that because someone has been on a website longer than me that they are more credible? After doing some research today I learned he and his lawyer and Fabulous are all in bed together and inside a small circle called T.R.A.F.F.I.C which offers some supposed seal of approval on website traffic and after reading alot Figured out he never intended to use the domain for CPA at all .. Why would he buy a domain listed as Perfect for CPA to start with without asking about traffic .. ?
The part I truly am having a hard time with is the fact he tried to end up with the domain and the money and you can believe what you want but Why not ask him why he never got the money out of paypal... I'm telling the truth about all of this... He's basically pissed because HE made an error and bought a domain without thought and then realized later... then tried to steal the money and domain without even talking to me about this issue.. I needed the funds for an outside venture which was invested in immediately which is the only reason I sold the domain to start with since I know damn well the domain can earn way more than the 3500 As a CPA... Go ahead and ask Beachie if I provided info where the traffic was coming from.. now I am being extorted from the sale because this buyer didn't do his homework...

Yay..

Yet this person has shown his ability to commit fraud and intended to completely.

*shakes head*

I'm not even dealing with this guy.. The lawyers can handle it.. I wont stoop to his level and post the rest of his PM's

And to answer your question JP the earnings haven't been paid for yet... But the earnings were made.

Even at Sedo the day he bought it it saw 378 ( EDIT my mistake I just looked and it was 335 Uniques and over 60.00 in revenue . See image below) .. and nothing changed..
My guess is he jumped the gun due to propogation and ownership change and sedo moving the domain to a new parking page and immediately began trying to take both the money and the domain.. At no point did the arrogant SOB even offer the domain back through all of this..

Why hasn't he posted the screenshot to show it only saw 77 Uniques and 20.00 in revenue today?

Because I bet it's more.. that's why..

I'm getting off of this thing now since my entire day has been wasted with this B.S.

Pardon me my correction 335 uniques...

Here is proof

And the domain was only transferred to sedo one day prior so I could sell it

I do not make such a comment because I disbelieved it truly generated that amount. My real question is why sale for so cheap? The answer was unfortunately that of misrepresentation of future revenue. The account was suspended, you decided to dump quick. I am sorry but not ethical imo.
