I just opened this today...
It's a forum/area specifically for webmasters to get help from other webmasters when starting a forum, or trying to get a neglected forum kickstarted again.
Since I just launched it a few minutes ago, and it needs a few seeds itself. :-D

Even if you have traffic to a new forum, people often don't post unless there are already some conversations going on. This will get them started, and it's much better than making up fake users and talking to yourself. :cheesy:
