closed NEED HELP socialnetworking.cn medications.cn ???

I have been trying to follow the forum threads on the fate/disposition of .cn domains registered prior to ban. It is my understanding these are NOT affected by the new registration requirements as far as renewals and transfers. What does this mean for the resale market for older pre-ban .cn. Particularly two I own socialnetworking.cn and medications.cn. Is there a market for them? Any value left in the names? Any informed assistance is appreciated!

I believe there is still a market for them. However, the target market would have to be Chinese residents, companies or international corps with a local presence as established by the Ministry of Information. You should focus on Chinese and multi national companies, if you want top dollar. I believe they would see the value in your domains. A company like Baidu might actually be interested in socialnetworking.cn. But there is one problem with the domain. China is as paranoid as ever about online social networking and has regrettably declared war on social networking by prohibiting access to many social sites. So it might be a hard sell. If you are just looking to make a decent return on your investment then Chinese residents or business men should be your target market. All said and done both domains are good.
