hi i am planning a property site
there is a site magicbricks.com
if i use the word bricks in my domain with my city name , can magicbricks take a action on my domain , even my site is related to property

No, bricks is a generic term.. If there is a TM on magicbricks then it is for the whole term.. Well at least i think so.. Lets see what others say who have more experience with TMs..
