For some reason, this always happens to me eventually when my computer doesn't crash. It's been fine for at least a year now, and it's back to it's old ways.

It's like.. text is veeeery small, but when I right click and go to encoding, and select some option, it fixes it back to normal. But as soon as I click on a new page or even just refresh it, it's back to microtext. Is there anyway I can fix this PERMANENTLY without rebooting my computer?
