I don't like to be pessimistic but being in the medical field myself and having scores of medical names of this (and better) quality just sitting there for ever I'd say don't bet on selling it but you never know. In fact, I'd say that anything other than a specific, proper keyword term (preferably one word, may be two in select cases) cannot be counted on.

Haven't decided about the possible use yet. But it is listed in DMOZ and has 100+ links in marketleap, so this will make development and SEO easier. Could be medical tips site with affiliate links or etc.
