need some cheap hosting

Hey, since I sold my company, I will be giving up my dedicated server. Unfortunately, I have been hosting several "friend" accounts on it, and now I have to find them a new home.

All I need is:
FrontPage extensions
Minimal hard drive space
Cpanel or Plesk, or a comparable way to set up e-mail accounts

I will be setting these up for my friends, then turning it over to them to manage. There will only be a few. They are used to great service and no cost. I realize that is no longer possible, but I'd like to come as close to that goal as possible.

Any suggestions?
