first let me say im sorry you did not get the sites, i didnt hear from you and he,had made an offer and i did wait it is because i assume you were undecided, i am trying to pay off some urgent bills.

how did you know? the tree went right through my garage door and a replacement is about that. I already spent all my reserves getting the roof repaired.

i do own a home, but i rent out the larger half and live in the smaller half. And yes 150 is a decent amount of money for me right now.
