I've finally struck a deal with the end-user. However the amount is only $100..What mode of payment should I go for...I have heard that PayPal is not the safest way to do it..since the amount is low what other options do I have for a safe transaction for both of us?

Besides Paypal, you can sell via Escrow (Escrow.com, Sedo Escrow, Moniker Escrow).

How much are their commissions for a $100 deal?

Sedo will charge $50 unless you have the name parked with them and listed as a fixed price....then they will charge only $10 (10%).
Moniker Escrow will charge $50. Escrow.com will charge $25.

You could also use Godaddy auctions, they charge 5% with a minimum of $5, but can take awhile before you get your money.

Paypal is probably the best way to get your $100 fast.
