Need Web Stats Service

Anybody have any suggestions on web stat services? I know there are a lot of them, and I'm wondering if anyone here has had any positive experiences. I need an economical one that will keep track of up to 1 million monthly visitors.

modlogan and webalizer are good but i cannot testify that they can cope with high traffic like that
