The court awarded this to me as my sole and separate property today.

I think the name is outstanding as a brandable name, and has great appeal to both the real estate and telephone industry... you might be familiar with the multimillion dollar "TheNeighborhood.com" campaign you see on maker network TV ads. I am considering executing the original business plan, in which our competitor is making over $5 million /year with 3 employees and a web server.

What do you folks think of it in terms of value?

Thanks!

its a good name, for sure. care to give us a hint what sort of business model calls for 3 employees and yields that sort of money? i didnt think that anything other than selling human slaves or weapons grade uranium would pay that well.

Sure... they created web sites for specific neighborhoods, and found sponsors who would pay huge fees to become 'well known' in the neighborhood of wealthhomeowners. Technically it is just a bunch of web templates, but marketed right, you've got a bonanza.
