It is long running aussie soap that Kylie Minogue started in,
It is very popular in the UK. but if it ever came stateside I guess they would probably rename it.
It would probably need sub titles too.

Fastautos must have realized the spelling difference.
Neighbors.us would surely be worth a lot more
