As far as browsers go i'd have to say IE is by far the best.
Netscape sucks when to comes to publiching certain types of websites

Netscape sucks big time. I agree it is bloatware. IE is just fine, and nowadays every programme is linked to the other on the Microsoft platform --- browser to mail to publisher to Office. Don't want no Netscape screwing up all my settings.
