Network Solutions Problem

So i bought a domain off this guy which was at network solutions and i put the domain in transfer then he gave me the netwrorksolutions account info too so i login change pass and email of the account and i get an email that all domain transfers have been locked for 30 days and to get the domain transfer off sooner i should contact em now what do i do , anybody here know anyone at network solution or any other help appreciated !
