I think the logo font looks fine. A little chaotic, but otherwise legible. My big problem is with your logo symbol. Creating a symbol for your brand can be an involved thing, not to be taken too lightly.
The thing I ask myself is "What's with the Wizard?" The response I
should prob. have is "Nice wizard, it seems like its trying to say something about..." Currently you have a full-bodied wizard with gobs of stars coming out of his wand as he waves his arm. I think that's much more detail than you need for an icon.
One thing you can try is cranking down the detail and isolating what's important. Say more with less. I think a simple "wand" with a star on the end is enough to say "Wizard". Maybe a wand and a hat with stars on it. Next, you have to think about what ELSE you're trying to say. If you're business is "turnkey e-businesses", then you need a symbol that says "e-business" or "Internet" or "The Web" or even "computer". You might achieve this with a simple image of a: computer monitor, mouse and cord, globe, or even the letters "WWW" in graphic form. The more recognizeable, unique, and/or intriguing your icon/logo, the better the odds you'll be remembered.
I'm working to design my logo and site direction in this thread here (you can check out a picture of the logo). I choice the symbols of a "Magnifying Glass" and a "Folder" for my logo for MURDERCASE.com:

Hope that helps.
