I'd like some appraisals and not hiding tips please. I realize I will most likely end up losing them, but a little positive feedback would be nice instead of all this crap.

OVT isn't worth anything anymore? I guess that sucks for me.

Anyways.. I was forwarded the legal department and they are calling me tonight, and if they can't then they will call me tomorrow for sure.

I will fill in those who would like to know about it.. post here if you want to be PMed the outcome.

the wrong thing here is that you asked mountain dew about the domains you currently have in your possession and recently registered. The legal team's job is to go against all trademark domains. They won't let you go easily.

Well we will see what happens!

I don't think they will even want them..

I was doing some research and they bought the name "MountainDewPitchBlack.com" so why would they want "PitchBlackMountainDew.com"? If anything, they will ask for me to give it up.. big whoop.

They'll probably ask you for them, since they know you'll surrender them.

when you registered it you had the name mixed up like Mountain Dew Code Red would have been www.mountaindewcodered.com so you know how they do it

not pitchblackmountaindew.com

No there was no confusion. I only registered it because it was the only combination open.

phrone ... I can't believe you are wasting so much of your time and energy on crap like this. It is a waste of time!!!! Put your energy into acquiring "real" names instead of this kind of crap. Really.
