New Reports

We have added a new report today, and I was looking for some feedback on it before we release it to everybody. If anybody could login to their account and then go to the following URL. https://secure.parked.com/account/reports/traffic_analysis/

This is our new little traffic analysis tool that will tell you on a domain, portfolio, and account level where your traffic is coming from geographically and which keywords people are clicking out on.

Any comments would be helpful.

These are the types of tools that allow you to drill down and really adjust a domains keywords better.

Nice job.

Oh, any chance we could select our own time period? Some low traffic domains might need 60 or 90 days worth of data to get a better overall picture.

Got a question for you.

The terms shown under "Term Ranking". Are these hyperlinked terms only or also terms that a user has typed in themselves?

The data is only from the past 15 days. We are currently only showing 15 days, because that's all we can make available live as of today. In about 30 days we should be able to show more history.

The terms under "Term Ranking" which really needs to be renamed, are all terms that have been clicked during the past 15 days, well actually only the top x terms. It doesn't matter if they are type-in or hyperlinked.

I call the the graph a geography lesson.

No Idea Don, since buyers keep asking for referal info when we try to sell the names, I was wondering if that can be made available too..may be too much to ask for

I think it could be doable. Do you think like the top 10-20 like we have on the keywords and countries would be good enough?

I know we show this for our customers which was asked for because of domains sales. But we're not exactly a parking service per say.

Due to the requests, we have added a section to the report that contains your top 15 referrers. Also we have went ahead and turned the report on for everyeone. You will find the link under the "Report" menu labled "Traffic Analysis". Enjoy!

Now we are prepared for somebody to say they would rather have just the hostname and not the full referrer. We discussed it today and it needs to be one or the other. So as of right now it's the full referrer.
