No. Forward your spam to [email protected] and I'll check the headers to see what the issue is.

It had nothing to do with signed, they spammed whois contact of all domains with OVT (probably millions of spams) but were too stupid to know how to forge headers...

Denny,

As always, you have a tendency of saying stupid things and making idiotic accusations.

If you took one minute to investigate, you would not be making a fool of yourself bumping a two year old thread.

First off, this site is no longer operational. I stopped it a while back simply because there was not enough interest in it. To suggest that I take the e-mails of users who register there and then spam them with domain offers is a true insult.

Nobody should register until Luc explains this, unless you like to be spammed to death...

I have never ever spammed a customer with offers to sell anything. Also, I don’t buy domains. I have not purchased a domain for parking or speculation in 2 years.

Next, and this is the more important point, as you may know, since you're a DRT user, it comes with an auto-email features so that users can send offers on domains they’re interested in buying. This has been around since 2005 AND this is why you were getting offers on your domains. I let users use my e-mail servers (or their e-mails servers) to send these mails. If you don't like it, trace the header to my server and I'll add your e-mail address to the restricted list, so you never get spammed. I’ve said this before.

I guess this person [email protected] REALLY LOVED your huge collection of TRADEMARK typos. Maybe instead of complaining on here, you should be talking to him about which company to steal from next?

For the record, denny is just trying to pick a fight in here. He has been known to do this because I give him a hard time over his business practices, in particular, his pride of being a typo squatter and giving our entire industry a bad name.

[email protected] is IRRELEVANT, thats just reply-to

Important is those millions of spams has been sent USING OBVIOUSLY YOUR SERVER, unless you can give explanation why machine using IP 209.85.28.28 (YOUR IP) was sending it.

He has been known to do this because I give him a hard time over his business practices
I do actually NOT recall you fighting against TM typos (when you sell software which majority of users use it for finding TM typos after all so you are getting som chunk of typosquatters money as well).

I bought it too but its such a piece of crap I never really used it...

Like I said, but you obviously didn't read. These are my customers using the "send offer" feature with "Use D.R.T. servers" option. This is provided with the tool for users who do not have their own email servers or don't know how to set one up. This is since 2005.

As mentioned, anyone who ever complained to me via e-mail or PM (and there were a few people) I added to block list and DRT would no longer send them mail using my servers.

There are not millions of spams. Each user is limited to 1,000 per day using my servers.

I admit your post was too long to read for me. So basically in the DRT license you also offer your servers for spamming.

There are not millions of spams. Each user is limited to 1,000 per day using my servers.
I got first day about 400 spams and since then am getting about 20/day.

anyone who ever complained to me via e-mail or PM (and there were a few people) I added to block list and DRT would no longer send them mail using my servers.
Great so pls add *@startseek.com and we can call this fixed. Thanks.

Denny,

My records indicate that a total of 247 "spam" offers were sent to you since DRT was released in 2005 using my servers. I log every e-mail that's sent for spam tracking purpose and to debunk people who claim to have received "millions". Every e-mail is logged perfectly if it sent using my servers.

I can provide a FULL list of the domains that had e-mails sent to you and the exact date and time, however, I doubt you wish this list posted publicly since it contains 100% BIG TM typos.

I've added your email to the block list and I request that you send further messages to me via e-mail as I have originally requested, instead of bumping 2 year old threads and creating confusion for people trying to sign up for plesmo.

Your records are VERY incomplete. On 22.2. alone I got 217 spams, another dates I deleted already. Right now emailed you all spams from 22.2. including headers zipped. Now as you collect all data you certainly know WHO sent the spams don;t you ?
I request that you send further messages to me via e-mail
I prefer discuss the fact, that you offer your servers to spammers, publicly.
since it contains 100% BIG TM typos.
100% ? What TM is i.e. FREELAYOUT.NET ???

My records are perfect when my servers are utilized for email. "delete already" means you are lying and can't produce proof of your accusations. I guess this is expected from someone whose business it is to steal from others.

Since you like to "discuss the fact", I will POST the fact.

These are offers that were sent to you by one or more of my customers using DRT e-mail servers on 2/21 and 2/22 which is ALL that was sent recently to any @startseek.com email.

I am not a lawyer, and like you, I don't feel like reading the entire list, but they look like major TMs to me.

These are offers that were sent to you by one or more of my customers using DRT e-mail servers on 2/21 and 2/22 which is ALL that was sent recently
Well thats only 1 day, I am getting such load almost EVERY DAY and the biggest load I got in one single day - about 400~500 spams - I already deleted.

Now as I own only very tiny fraction of all existing TMs yet I got total say 1K of spams, I suppose LOGICALLY there must have been sent at least hundreds of thouzands of spams.

but they look like major TMs to me.
But you KNOW what "100%" means. There is different between MAJORITY and 100%...
