im still waiting to here back from big man Schwartz

To be fair to Moniker my rep Bari has kept in close contact with me and helping me with submissions...almost on my back ;)

She advised she got my submissions and will let me know if any names were picked...also said the same for the CAC auction but nothing yet

This remind me that I need to line up my domains for auction .... april 26 deadline folks.

I just submitted KING .NET to this auction, I hope you guys check it out and support me. I'm away for our family vacation during that time and not going to see it. Hopefully with Internet access so I can log in.

Is there any fees to apply in Traffic? Passive or Live doesn't mater

if more than 1000$ is there any way to go around and do through dealer or broker for free(comission only)

Did you get notified only for receiving paperwork?
Didn't you hear if your list picked up or not?

I got nothing, so far... :disappointed:

I received notice a notice yesterday, asking me to lower the reserves on 25 domains.

Subject: Moniker Domain Action Committee Needs To Know?? Timely Question!!

I got the same email but they only asked to lower 1 domain.....does that mean the one to lower is a good one for the LIVE part???

NO

If you choose to lower your reserve, your domain will be considered for Live AND silent, if it does not make Live, it will go to silent at the low reserve!

I learned this from the Traffic West auction, I lowered approx. 15 domains and only 2 were accepted to live, the rest went to silent.

I don't really understand the desire to get names chosen for these auctions.

I think they are a good idea but from the sales I've seen most look to be going for low reseller prices.

I sure know that's not what I'm in this for.
Am I missing something here?

If any of you are submitting generic domains .com names, I would be interested in taking a look and seeing what you listing it for. I am looking for a few high quality geneeric .com names. Send me the info via PM

Haven't asked me anything...

We are going to know the final selection 1-2 days before Live, I think.

You know whats funny about this? I posted 4 domains for sale on this forum, accepting offers, and I didnt get one reply. And yet, Moniker wants these same domains in there auction :?:

loverelations(.)com
closetbuilders(.)com
tunaboat(.)com
eightsimplerules(.)com

hookshots(.)com (appraisal) no replies.

Hi,

Never let a broker tell you how much YOU will sell your domain for. I find it irritating that brokers do this. Their job is to get YOUR price for YOUR name.

Good luck with the sale(s)!

Great pickup, on the flowers.tv A lot of people were gunning for that :)

Aside from the monetary aspect, there is something really exciting about having something you own go to live auction. It gives you a very nice adrenaline rush, which you can't get from a drawn out silent auction!

Nothing yet... you would think they would be interested in auctioning off ben.net
